Heartsaver CPR & First Aid
Class Description:
The Heart Saver CPR & First Aid Essentials class is designed to provide participants with crucial life-saving skills to handle emergencies effectively. This course combines fundamental CPR techniques with essential first aid training, and includes practical instruction on using Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Through interactive learning and hands-on practice, participants will gain the confidence to respond to both common and critical emergency situations.
Skills Gained:
CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants: Learn how to perform effective chest compressions and rescue breaths to assist individuals in cardiac arrest.
AED Operation: Understand the correct use of an AED to help individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
